ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Experience Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels cared for, balancing online guest communication with face‑to‑face interactions at our property.

  • Reimagine hospitality: Reimagine hospitality with Numa and join a team transforming the guest experience across our stylish properties in Europe.
  • Guest whisperer: Handle all guest inquiries, from booking modifications to local recommendations with confidence and charm.
  • Online Guest Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests across all our European properties—communicating via phone, email, and WhatsApp, managing tickets, resolving booking modifications, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Ultimate host: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests arriving at our properties, guiding them through check‑in and ensuring a smooth start to their stay.
  • Local expert: Become an expert on your property and its surroundings, offering insider tips and personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Problem‑solver extraordinaire: Handle guest requests and emergencies with efficiency and grace, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Team player: Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

This is a fully on‑site role and hired on a fixed‑term contract basis with a possibility of an indefinite contract from the second year. You’ll be based in the lobby of our property, focusing primarily on online communication while also delivering personalised in‑person guest experiences.

  • Passionate about hospitality: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences.
  • Communication superstar: Strong communication skills in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Tech‑savvy: You’re comfortable using various communication tools and platforms, including email, WhatsApp, and booking systems.
  • Problem‑solver: You have a knack for finding solutions and can handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency.
  • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable: You’re comfortable working in rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
