Guest Experience Internship Role:


Begin your journey in luxury hospitality at Park Hyatt Milano, where timeless elegance meets personalized service. This Guest Experience internship offers the opportunity to develop refined hospitality skills while contributing to the delivery of exceptional and bespoke experiences for our international guests.

You will play a key role in anticipating guest needs, ensuring flawless service, and upholding the highest standards of luxury and attention to detail.


Main Duties and responsibilities:


  • Ensure an excellent and consistent level of service, delivering a positive guest experience and responding promptly to guest requests.
  • Support the Guest Experience Manager and Guest Experience team in handling guest complaints, contributing to effective and guest-focused solutions.
  • Welcome VIP guests and ensure their stay is seamless and memorable.
  • Assist in preparing personalized guest communications, including welcome letters, apology messages, and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences, contributing to a highly personalized and anticipatory service approach.


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • The good knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Degree in Hospitality is a plus.


Duration: 6 months with additional 6 months renewal possibility.
