Location: Masseria Pistola, near Locorotondo, Puglia
Full-time position, immediate start available
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on, and personable team member to join our small team at Masseria Pistola , a high-end holiday rental and working farm in the heart of the Itria Valley. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the property and the satisfaction of our international guests.
Following the promotion of our long-standing team member Giuseppe to Operations Manager, we are now looking for someone to take over his previous responsibilities.
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle guest requests and problem-solving during stays
- Property Oversight: Support cleaning staff, manage linen and supplies, and ensure the property is always guest-ready
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Monitor property condition, report issues, coordinate with local tradesmen and suppliers
- Logistics & Coordination: Assist with schedule planning, arrivals/departures, and deliveries
- Local Support: Provide concierge-style assistance such as booking restaurants, taxis, or local experiences
- Conversational English and fluent Italian
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or property caretaking
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Full-time role with competitive salary, depending on experience
