Guidewire Business Analyst (Functional – Italian & English Speaking)
Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 1 to 2 Days Onsite)

About the Role:
One of my leading InsureTech clients is currently hiring a functional Guidewire Business Analyst to join their internal team in Milan. This is a permanent opportunity focused solely on functional delivery, ideal for professionals who understand the technical landscape of Guidewire but operate in a business-facing, non-coding capacity.
The successful candidate will work on large-scale, multi-country Guidewire implementation and integration projects for leading insurance clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Guidewire configuration specifications (primarily for PC, CC, or BC)
- Support end-to-end implementation and integration projects including UAT, training, and functional documentation
- Collaborate with cross-border teams on European-wide Guidewire rollouts
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire implementation and integration projects (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter)
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and system workflows
- Solid technical know-how to effectively engage with development and integration teams (no coding required)
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; French is a plus
- Based in or near Milan (or willing to relocate); must be able to work from the office one day per week – (May have flexibility here)
- Experience in multi-country project environments is highly desirable
