What You Will Do

• Organization of Hairstylists Education training events
• Organization of Hospitality events at Davines Headquarter
• Organization of international and regional events
• Organization of Corporate events
• Organization of local shows and trade exhibitions
• Event budgeting

Who You Are

• Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory; another language is a plus
• At least 3-5 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning roles in structured environments
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Economics, Events Management or related subjects
• Passionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry
• Time management and scheduling competencies
• Budget management and negotiation skills
• Presentation and communication ability
• Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset
• Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle
• Creativity, craftsmanship and manual skills
• Ability to work by project
• Accustomed to working in multilingual and multicultural teams
