Head-Baker for a Bakery in Dubai (UAE)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced baker ready for relocation to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods (including sourdough, yeast-based, gluten-free, and dietary options);

• Focus on high-quality, wholesome ingredients and a modern approach to baking;

• Follow recipes and maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace;

• Work respectfully in an international environment and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker;

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and healthy/traditional recipes;

• Precision, responsibility, and genuine passion for baking;

• English level: Intermediate or above (for basic team communication);

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
