Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Maintain a poised and polished appearance at all times, in line with luxury brand standards.
- Manage the reservation system, including phone, email, and online bookings.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, Michelin-star restaurant, or similar environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Greek, Spanish, Romanian, or French are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
