What you'll do
- Manage key accounts for the entire Europe region.
- Optimize customer profitability through portfolio management and understanding changes in customer buying behavior.
- Achieve high closing rates in the ACE project pipeline to surpass country sales plans.
- Develop and acquire talent with extensive application knowledge and customer experience to differentiate from competitors.
- Lead the technical team in Southern Europe for business activities within the flexible packaging and paper markets.
- Define team roles and responsibilities, and set up the team structure.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Serve as the site leader for the Zingonia AE lab with full SHEQ responsibility.
- Advance AE operations by sharing best practices and executing the APP strategy, focusing on KSIs.
- Decide on the scope and type of internal and external support, including introducing new adhesive technologies to the market.
- Act as the technical interface between customers and Henkel teams, including sales, marketing, BD, PD, and other departments—leading professional communication.
- Collaborate with other AE teams, PD, BD, and external partners to develop innovations and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven decisions.
- Create technical content on products and applications for sharing in academies, training sessions, and publications both internally and externally.
- Serve as the EU regional expert for food safety and the paper business, providing consulting to relevant functions across Europe.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, prepare technical statements, and recommend products.
- Support team members' customer projects, especially in critical cases.
