Manager / Team Leader In this role you lead the Pre-Assembly Department at our Trento site, coordinating daily operations to meet production plans with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. You empower shopfloor teams and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery. You collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to create a smooth production environment.
