Head of Content (Brand & Content)

We’re not looking for a "Social Media Manager" to follow a calendar. We’re looking for a Head of Content who understands that to win today, you need a movement, not just content.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Dual-Brand Strategy – Build a symbiotic strategy between David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization.
  • Propose radical new formats – Documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts to disrupt the self‑help industry.
  • Define distinct editorial lines for each platform – Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
  • Radical concepting & end‑to‑end delivery – Write hooks, storyboard, ensure final cut matches vision.
  • Take responsibility for the entire production chain – Hire motion designers, drone operators, niche experts as needed.
  • Treat David as the actor on set – Ensure scripts, set, direction are flawless so he can perform without mental load.
  • Command the Content Factory – Lead the internal team, set tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.
  • Provide high‑level artistic direction – Final quality check; ensure everything meets the Paradox standard.
  • Challenge the team to upskill – Push for sharper cuts, better sound design, stronger visual storytelling.
  • Fuel the Growth Engine – Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce assets that convert in ads.
  • Analyze data – Retention graphs, CTR, CPL to iterate; kill what fails and scale what works.

Qualifications

  • Proven content builder – grew a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
  • Editorial leadership – experience managing creative teams and elevating content.
  • Elite scripting skills – demonstrated ability to structure narratives, write hooks that stop the scroll, and keep audience engaged for 20+ minutes.
  • Performance fluency – experience driving business results (ads, launches, conversion) rather than vanity metrics.

Personality

  • Intolerant to mediocrity – meticulous about font, cut, headline quality.
  • Psychology obsessed – studies human nature, asks why people click, share, and what drives emotion.
  • A "Doer" with authority – can write scripts, direct shoots, edit, and make decisions.
  • No ego, just impact – accepts failures, analyzes data, pivots, and ships next concept.

Language

  • French: native or bilingual.
  • English: fluent, can hold detailed conversations.
  • Written communication will be in English.
