Prospex Development is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the engineering team at the forefront of digital-asset custody infrastructure. This role requires 7 to 12 years of software engineering experience, with significant leadership roles in custody platforms and team building.
The successful candidate will partner closely with the CTO to ensure operational excellence and compliance within a high-scrutiny environment in the GCC. Knowledge of Go and Rust is critical.
