Responsibilities

• Improve the quality of financial and control data in daily operations and monthly closing processes.
• Define and implement effective processes for managing Profit & Loss, Working Capital, and Cash Flow to achieve company goals.
• Responsible for statutory accounting and preparing financial statements according to Italian GAAP (OIC).
• Manage tax declarations, ensure compliance with fiscal regulations.
• Handle monthly reporting to HQ.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Design and implement cost center management and product/customer margin control.
• Monitor company liquidity through attentive Cash Flow management.
• Collaborate with external auditors, accountants, authorities, and the international finance and control team.
• Continuously monitor key KPIs.
• Coordinate the finance team.

Your Profile

Candidates should possess:

• A degree in Economics or similar.
• Significant experience in a similar role within medium-sized manufacturing companies.
• Experience in creating and executing finance and control processes within ERP systems.
• Teamwork skills, good communication, systematic and pragmatic working style.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills with foreign stakeholders.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
