We are supporting a leading international Group in the search for a Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding . This strategic and operational role is designed for a senior professional ready to lead global hiring efforts and drive organizational transformation.
The company is expanding across multiple geographies and evolving its global people strategy. The ideal candidate will help shape recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and attract top talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Partner with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and design effective solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of international recruiters
- Personally manage key, business-critical recruitments
- Optimize and digitize recruitment processes (tools, KPIs, analytics)
- Develop a consistent Employer Branding strategy across channels and regions
- Build partnerships with global universities and talent hubs
- Launch referral and employee advocacy programs
- Track performance and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness
Your Profile
- 8–10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding within structured, international contexts
- Multi-country exposure, preferably in innovation or tech-oriented sectors
- Proven leadership in recruitment strategy, budgeting, and team management
- Strong digital acumen and experience in process redesign
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and high-volume environments
- Experience in branding projects with measurable results
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or related disciplines
