Our client is a high-growth, international organisation operating in one of the most dynamic and fast-moving sectors globally. With Italy identified as a key growth market, they are continuing to expand their regional presence and build out their leadership capability. As part of this exciting evolution, they are now seeking a senior People leader to drive the HR agenda and support ambitious business goals across the Italian market.

Reporting into the VP, People, this role will serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager for Italy, leading the development and delivery of a market-specific People strategy. With oversight of all core HR activity – from organisational design and culture, to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and legal compliance – this role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, values-led environment aligned with global priorities and local nuance.

You will bring significant experience as a senior HR leader within fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses – ideally across tech, logistics, or retail. Adept at navigating complexity, you will be skilled in influencing senior stakeholders, designing and executing people strategies that drive performance, and fostering inclusive, collaborative cultures. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, as is a proven ability to operate with autonomy and pace.
