Head of Industrial Activities

For our client, an international general contractor operating in the private construction sector, we are looking, in a context of strong organizational growth, for a Head of Industrial Activities. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role represents the company in the assigned area of business, designing and building industrial buildings for private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of allocated resources with operational efficiency.
• Implementation of the strategy and achieving objectives in terms of order taking, profitability of business line and customer satisfaction.
• Definition and implementation of business and technical strategy.
• Management of compliance with best practice and quality & safety standards.
• Financial management of his/her area.

Internal Relations

• Management team of the BU Business development teams Project teams.
• All support functions (Technical Departments, Legal & Insurance, Finance, HR, etc.).

External Relations

• Clients, project owner representatives and construction site operators Partners / Subcontractors / suppliers.
• Public utilities and administrations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
• Confirmed experience (more than 10 years) in construction project management and/or in business development.
• Languages spoken: fluent English required, French is a plus.
