Head of Industry & Speciality Sales – Italy (m/f)
On behalf of our Client, a leading multinational company specializing in high-performance solutions for industrial applications, we are seeking a:
As Head of Industry & Speciality Sales (m/f), you will be responsible for leading the Industry & Speciality Sales organization across Italy, driving sustainable business growth, commercial excellence and digital transformation. As a key member of the Italian Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the commercial direction of the business while developing a high-performing sales organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Industry & Speciality business, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
Drive the evolution of the company's portfolio from a technical product offering to a solution-driven value proposition, delivering integrated solutions aligned with customers' operational and business needs.
Lead, coach and develop the national sales organization, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Drive sales growth, profitability and market share, with full accountability for commercial performance and P&L.
Promote a consultative, value-based sales approach, strengthening relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities and support the development of emerging markets and sustainable solutions.
Lead the adoption of digital sales tools, CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to improve commercial effectiveness and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations and international functions to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
Support talent development, succession planning and continuous capability building within the sales organization.
Ideally, you have experience with the following areas:
Academic degree or extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles within multinational industrial environments.
Proven track record in leading complex sales organizations and delivering profitable business growth.
Strong experience in strategic sales management, customer development and key account management.
Solid business and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
Experience in driving organizational change and commercial transformation.
Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation capabilities.
High level of digital proficiency, including CRM and sales analytics tools.
Fluent Italian and English.
Location: Southern Piedmont Salary Range: The indicative range for this role is 120K-140K Eur annual gross + incentives and benefits.
