Nous is hiring a Head of Innovation (R&D)

We are looking for a solid, experienced, and visionary professional to lead the development of new innovation and R&D projects at Nous .

This role will play a key part in driving the Innovation & R&D area, contributing to the identification of new opportunities, the structuring of science-based projects, and the development of innovative solutions aligned with our strategy.

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong scientific background, preferably in food chemistry or related fields.
• Experience in R&D, innovation management, or product development.
• The ability to work on new, complex, high-potential projects.
• A analytical mindset, methodological rigor, and a strong drive for innovation.
• A collaborative attitude, working across internal teams and external partners.
