Role Overview: As the Head of Italy Distribution, you will be responsible for creating and delivering Invesco’s Italy distribution strategy to meet client needs and achieve asset and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Italy distribution strategy responding to complex client demands
• Lead, motivate, and manage the Italian distribution team to meet targets
• Participate in business development and oversee key client relationships in Italy
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective client management and product delivery
• Monitor industry trends to evolve Invesco’s offerings accordingly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience leading a sales organization through growth
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic vision
• Experience managing large, high-value client relationships
• Knowledge of asset management industry and investment strategies
• Interest or experience in technology and digital transformation
• Experience with retail, wholesale, and institutional clients
• Understanding of passive vs active investment strategies
• Excellent knowledge of Invesco products, processes, and regulatory environment
• Deep understanding of industry trends and economic/political factors
