We are looking for talented individuals with diverse skills to join our expanding team. Here’s where you come in:
- We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Key Accounts to join us in Milan.
- Your mission : As Head of Key Accounts, you will drive growth by leading initiatives and managing the Key Accounts team, focusing on partnerships across supermarkets, restaurants, and bakery chains. You will report to the Country Director, develop regional strategies, and manage your own national accounts.
Your role :
- Manage the Key Account department, focusing on strategic growth.
- Coach, train, and mentor a team of 12 Key Account Managers.
- Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Acquire and retain key accounts, focusing on growth and meeting KPIs to increase meals saved.
- Lead business development and build a strong pipeline.
- Maintain connections within the organized retailing and distribution segments.
- Own the KA strategy, aligning with customer and user needs.
- Implement innovative techniques for account growth, research, planning, and global roll-outs.
Requirements :
- Experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, with GDO experience as a plus.
- Deep understanding of national commercial accounts like supermarkets and grocery stores.
- Experience leading sales teams in enterprise or fast-growth environments.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong communication skills for mentoring and engaging with c-suite stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills and ability to train others in complex negotiations.
- Business planning and forecasting abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop value propositions.
- Self-starter, efficient, approachable, and team-oriented.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Milan.
- A passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is essential.
