Head of Leasing Italy

As Head of Leasing Advisory in Italy, you will lead the Landlord and Tenant Representation practice from Milan, shaping growth and strategic direction across the region. You will manage a dedicated team, drive market share, and act as a key ambassador for JLL in the Italian real estate market. Your scope includes expanding into new asset classes and building a national pipeline for leasing mandates. You’ll work cross-functionally to align with global strategies and deliver high-impact advisory outcomes.

• Provide strategic leadership and drive growth for Leasing Advisory across Italy and Switzerland
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to win new mandates and raise brand awareness
• Expand services into asset classes such as Life Science and Data Center
• Strengthen market position by leveraging networks and building a local pipeline for leasing and tenant representation mandates
• Achieve annual financial and strategic targets set by Italian and EMEA management
• Manage P&L, budget, and personnel for the national department
• Lead and develop a high-performing leasing team with focus on quality and process improvement
• Oversee leasing activities from initial letting to closing of tenant representation mandates
• Foster collaboration between Tenant and Landlord Representation teams across Italy
• Represent the Italian Leasing Advisory team in internal management and external industry engagement
• Project lead on complex strategic advisory mandates for property owners and occupiers
• Act as ambassador for JLL in the Italian real estate industry
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for major landlord mandates with institutional investors and private owners
• Oversee all tenant representation mandates for international clients
