Head of M&A Underwriting, Italy — W&I & Equity

IDEX Consulting is expanding its M&A underwriting capabilities in Italy and seeking a Head of M&A Underwriting. This role involves leading underwriting for Italian M&A transactions, particularly focusing on W&I, and developing strong relationships across the Italian deal community.
