TextYess is here to restore what was lost. We build AI agents that bring back the personal, conversational shopping experience, but at infinite scale. Through WhatsApp, web, voice, and email, we help brands sell through real conversations that feel natural, helpful, and human. Where this is going: an AI-native CRM that runs the entire customer relationship for B2C brands, across every channel, autonomously.
We work with brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, MC2 Saint Barth, and Doppelgänger. We've raised over €3M, we're doubling revenue every six months, and we're preparing for international expansion. This is a rocketship, and we're just getting started.
The role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own the entire growth engine at TextYess, from the first spark of brand awareness to a high-converting revenue funnel.
You won't be managing a massive agency that does the work for you. You won't be waiting for "corporate" to hand you a strategy. You build the motion: you strategize, you execute, you analyze, you scale.
You’ll work directly with our CEO and our Head of Sales and play a central role in shaping how we are perceived in the market and how we win.
- Own the Growth Metrics: hit and exceed our monthly lead and revenue targets by building a scalable, predictable customer acquisition machine in collaboration with Sales.
- Architect the funnel: build and maintain a healthy pipeline by balancing data-driven performance marketing with bold, creative brand positioning.
- Master the stack: shorten the path to conversion by optimizing our marketing automation and messaging so that every touchpoint moves the needle fast.
What you will work on
- Build the engine from scratch: design and deploy our customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels.
- Master the ICP: continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile and ensure our messaging cuts through the noise of the market.
- Scale the Stack: own and optimize our marketing technology (CRM, Automation, Analytics) to ensure we are data-informed, not just data-driven.
Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Create a self-sustaining pipeline: generate high-quality leads that don't just "engage" but actually convert into revenue.
- Own the messaging: write and iterate on high-converting copy for our website, ads, and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel fast.
- Experiment at pace: run lean tests on new channels (SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Events) and double down on what works fast.
Brand & Positioning
- Define the category: own the TextYess narrative. Ensure our brand stands for something unique in the market and resonates with the pain points of our users.
- Enable the team: provide the Sales and Product teams with the assets, insights, and messaging they need to win their respective battles.
Feedback & Iteration
- Close the loop: bring market intelligence back to the core teamwhat is the market saying? Where are we winning? Where are we losing?
- Collaborate on Product: work hand-in-hand with the product team to turn user feedback into marketing hooks and new features into growth levers.
- Proven builder: 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in VC-backed B2B SaaS) – you’ve built or scaled growth engines before and know how to move the needle.
- Full-Stack mentality: you’re comfortable running a lean team initially. You don't necessarily need an agency to run ads or a copywriter to draft an email; you can execute the strategy you design.
- Aggressively Data-Driven: you don’t just report on CAC and MQL; you live in the data to find the next 1% optimization.
- Extreme ownership: you don't blame "the market" or "the product." If leads are down, you’re the first one to pivot the strategy and find a new angle.
- Startup native: you thrive in the chaos of a fast-moving startup where the "playbook" is written in pencil, not ink.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
What we expect
Within days:
- Deep dive into our product, ICP, and existing marketing data.
- Master our current marketing stack (channels, CRM, analytics).
- Identify the "low-hanging fruit" and draft your first 3 growth experiments.
Within weeks:
- Launch your first campaigns and begin iterating on our core messaging.
- Establish a consistent rhythm for lead generation and brand presence.
- Audit our entire funnel and flag the biggest conversion bottlenecks to the team.
Within months:
- Fully own the growth number: lead velocity, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue.
- Become the person at TextYess who understands the eCommerce marketing landscape better than anyone else.
- Draft the Marketing Playbook that will allow us to scale the team and our spend predictably.
What we offer
- Salary: the base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €50K to €70K (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses tied to growth targets.
- Stock options: you'll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package. We want you to have a real "seat at the table", if TextYess wins, you win big.
