We are seeking a Head of Marketing (Mobile) in Italy to lead the company’s mobile acquisition strategy, scale user growth, and drive revenue across global markets. This high‑impact role focuses on managing large‑scale acquisition budgets and delivering performance‑driven marketing strategies across multiple channels and geographic markets while building and guiding a growing team of marketing specialists.
Accountabilities
- Lead mobile acquisition strategy with a strong focus on performance marketing and scalable user growth across global markets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to achieve 150-300% growth in users and revenue.
- Manage and optimize large‑scale marketing budgets exceeding $1M monthly across multiple acquisition channels.
- Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing team of 5+ marketing specialists, ensuring both creative and operational excellence.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with product, analytics, engineering, and design teams to improve product features and user acquisition outcomes.
- Oversee global expansion initiatives while ensuring stable performance in core markets.
- Design and execute high‑impact campaigns across mobile ecosystems to maximize ROI and long‑term user value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior mobile marketing or growth leadership role with ownership of $1M+ monthly marketing budgets.
- Strong track record in mobile app acquisition, particularly in Tier 1 markets.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, CPA networks, and mobile ad ecosystems.
- Experience working with global in‑app partners and mobile advertising networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience optimizing key metrics such as LTV, CPA, EROI, and retention.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience managing multiple apps or products simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and Russian.
- Web2App experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in high‑growth, data‑driven environments.
