Experteer Italy is seeking a Site GOBS Leader for its site in Origgio, Lombardia. In this role, you will drive the transformation of the Global Operations Business System and spearhead the Operational Excellence strategy. The position requires strong manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma or FMCG, along with expertise in Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma.
You will be responsible for KPI improvements and coaching leaders, ensuring a robust pipeline of operational excellence talent. Candidates should be fluent in Business English and Italian, with an ability to engage and influence across various functions.
