Your Tasks
- Management and control of the operational organization on a daily basis
- Responsibility for the results (P&L) of the branch
- Ensuring performance according to customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with the ESD requirements
- Identify training needs, and ensure trainings are performed and documented
- Ensure work instructions are available and up to date
- Define the internal (department) organization
- Define tasks and qualification requirements for each function (employee)
- Continuously promote improvement processes
- Monitor performance and quality parameters
- Support quality audits in cooperation with Local and Corporate Quality representatives
- Plan resources and manage personnel responsibilities
- Manage technology relocation and insourcing projects
- Show the degree of capacity utilization and identify optimization potential
- Implement new projects in cooperation with Program Management
- Manage and control operational inventory
- Ensure timely calibration of all relevant test and measuring devices
Your Qualifications
- Significant experience in Operations (Repair / Logistics)
- Experience in redesigning and managing service processes to improve efficiency by rethinking the status quo
- Ability and willingness to energize, motivate, and guide individuals and teams
- Demonstrates positive emotions, empathy, and enthusiasm
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership, team building, and change management skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is appreciated
