  • Ensure compliance with Italian environmental, zoning, land-use, and energy regulations.
  • Coordinate with authorities to secure permits and approvals.
  • Review and verify documentation, including EIAs and regulatory filings.

  • Negotiate and facilitate discussions with communities, environmental groups, and officials.
  • Collaborate with legal, environmental, and engineering teams to align strategies.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
  1. Project Management & Process Improvement
  • Manage permitting schedules and address delays proactively.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor regulatory policy changes and advise accordingly.

What are we looking for?

  • Over 5 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or related roles in renewable energy or construction sectors.
  • Experience managing permitting for renewable projects in Italy, with knowledge of local regulations.
  • Proven track record in obtaining permits for large-scale projects, including EIAs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

What do we offer?

At RIC Energy, we offer more than a job; we offer the chance to be part of a project with a global impact.

Join a dynamic team with an excellent work environment and opportunities to grow.
