OMNICHANNEL PLANNING MANAGER - MATERNITY LEAVE
The Omnichannel Planning Manager drives commercial and inventory planning across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale, ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial targets, and customer needs. The role combines strong analytical expertise, hands-on forecasting and reporting, and close cross-functional collaboration to support profitable, data-driven decision-making in an omnichannel environment.
Coordinates and implement the omnichannel planning strategy across sales, inventory, margin, and Open-to-Buy, supporting profitable growth.
Translates merchandising strategy into clear commercial priorities across categories, markets, and channels.
Leads forecasting and performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions at SKU, collection, and product group level.
Drives a data-led planning culture through business reviews, KPIs, BI reporting, and end-of-season recommendations.
Acts as the central coordination point across functions, enabling alignment between commercial and operational teams.
Key internal stakeholders include Merchandising, Buying & Allocation, Sales (Retail, Wholesale, Digital), Supply Chain / Demand Planning, and Finance / Controlling.
Supports Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting through clear performance analysis and actionable insights.
Leads and coordinates planning processes across channels, ensuring consistency in methodologies, tools, and decision-making frameworks.
Drives a data-driven culture and promotes best practices across the planning organization.
Acts as a key reference point for cross-channel performance and business visibility.
Degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, Engineering, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in planning, merchandising, controlling, supply chain, production planning, retail analytics, or related functions within multi-channel or omnichannel environments.
~ Experience in controlling would be considered a valuable asset, given the role’s strong focus on aligning commercial planning with financial targets and budget expectations.
~ Exposure to production planning would be considered a plus, supporting effective coordination with Supply Chain in the definition of production plans.
~ Hands-on approach driven by a strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to manage complexity and work confidently with large data sets.
~ Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and planning tools. Strong business and commercial understanding, combined with a strategic mindset and problem-solving orientation.
~ Fluent English, strong collaboration skills, and leadership potential.
