The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be:
Team management: both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).
Local Road Map Definition And Management
Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration.

The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be:
Team management: both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).
Local Road Map Definition And Management
- Collect dept/team needs/requests.
- Ensure projects are aligned with short and long-term business goals and properly prioritized.
- Manage dependencies between projects and between projects and daily activities.
- Oversee projects from initiation to closure, including documentation and meetings scheduling.
- Monthly reporting.
- Define, implement, and maintain an efficient project governance framework.
Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration.
Hard Skills
- University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- +10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years as a Project/Program manager.
- Preferred experience in consulting firms in project management roles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Project management abilities.
- Leadership skills.
- Effective communication.
- Organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
