YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the Central Construction team, a worldwide team dedicated to designing and constructing the infrastructure and facilities necessary for manufacturing. You will join the team dedicated to the Agrate site, following all phases of new projects, from conceptual design to detailed design, construction, start-up, and commissioning of new facilities.

You will be the leader of the process team, grouping the UPW, WWT, gas, chemical, and air treatment disciplines. As a team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring good collaboration and efficient information sharing among team members and with other team leaders. You will support team members in defining project needs according to production tool requirements and work with other disciplines to provide contractors with the necessary information to fulfill their scope within the agreed timing and budget. You will act as Process Leader, and in this role you will:

  • Support the definition of basic design related to process disciplines for new projects
  • Support the preparation of specifications for process disciplines
  • Support validation of technical documentation and quotations provided by contractors
  • Ensure installation activities by contractors comply with specifications, safety, environmental rules, and ST standards and good practices
  • Contribute to on-time execution of process installation, monitoring work progress and highlighting deviations
  • Participate in periodic meetings and stay updated on process activity progress with suppliers and project teams
  • Contribute to collecting documentation related to process disciplines

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Preferred: Master's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, or a related field
  • Preferred: experience in team management
  • Preferred: knowledge of process systems for microelectronics or pharmaceutical production sites
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and instrumental schematics
  • Preferred: knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, synthesis, and reporting skills
  • Good teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
