What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap: challenge assumptions with data, run product sprints, and validate if what gets built actually solves a real problem.
- Redesign onboarding as a behavior-change system: users have to reach the "Aha" moment on their own, without human assistance or onboarding.
- Map and fix every drop-off in the activation funnel. The product has to solve what the service team is solving today.
- Design UX as the integration of the product into the user’s daily workflow. Lead design from user flows to onboarding screens.
- Drive product-led growth: make the product itself the primary acquisition and retention engine.
Hard Skills
You’re someone who can operate across all of these areas.
- Product analytics: you can read usage data, build activation funnels, and identify where the product loses people, before anyone tells you.
- Customer research: you know how to run interviews that uncover real problems and you are able to synthesize qualitative data into actionable product insights
- Root cause analysis: you turn vague problems into precise, testable hypotheses.
- Design & prototyping: you can design onboarding flows, user journeys, and UI components independently.
- Lifecycle & onboarding: you can set up behavioral email flows and in-app triggers without engineering support.
- AI-powered execution: you use AI tools to move faster across content, research, specs, and documentation.

Come Head of Product avrai la responsabilità di possedere e dirigere la roadmap produttiva, sfidando assunzioni consolidate con dati concreti e gestendo sprint rapidi per validare soluzioni reali. Dovrai mappare ogni punto di abbandono nel funnel di attivazione, progettare un'esperienza utente che si integri naturalmente nei workflow quotidiani e guidare la crescita trainata dal prodotto stesso, rendendolo il motore primario di acquisizione e retention.
