Take charge of the complete profit and loss management for the small and medium city segment, establishing a clear prioritization strategy to drive growth. Lead a diverse team of more than 10 individuals to meet and exceed performance objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Develop and implement long‑term strategies tailored for these cities, effectively coordinating resources across Italy and collaborating with regional divisions. Cultivate and sustain high‑quality partnerships with local retail stores and merchants on the platform, enhancing the overall customer experience. Engage actively in team development initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture that encourages innovation and growth. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiencies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with corporate objectives. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Requirements

A track record of success in high‑pressure environments such as startups, investment banking, leading consulting firms, or major technology companies. Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams, with a minimum of 5 direct reports, demonstrating effective leadership and team‑building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions and apply sound business judgment in various scenarios. Exceptional persuasion and sales abilities to effectively communicate value propositions to partners and enhance the Glovo platform. A proactive and optimistic mindset when tackling challenges, demonstrating accountability and resilience in problem‑solving. High adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, demonstrating flexibility in approach. Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential for effective communication.
