We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial operations across the Italian, Spanish, and Qatari markets, with a base in Milan . You will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy across the Italian, Spanish, and Qatari markets, leading regional sales activities, and driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise partnerships and key account development. This is a high-impact leadership role for a top performer who thrives in fast-growing international environments and has a strong understanding of diverse business landscapes and cross-cultural market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy across the Italian, Spanish, and Qatari markets, aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and scale high-performing local sales teams, fostering a results-driven culture across multiple regions
- Own and oversee the full enterprise sales cycle for key strategic accounts across Southern Europe and the Middle East
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound initiatives, strategic partnerships, networking, and industry events
- Engage with C-level stakeholders, delivering high-impact presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to tailor solutions to regional client needs and market dynamics
- Provide accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic reporting to senior leadershipRepresent the company as a key commercial leader across the Italian, Spanish, and Qatari markets
Join Us If
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Deep knowledge of the Italian, Spanish, and Qatari markets and business ecosystem
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or any other language is a plus
- Based in Milan or willing to relocate
Nice To Have
- Experience in MarTech, AI, or enterprise content solutions
- Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or digital transformation projects
- Established network across key industries such as retail, finance, telco, or manufacturing
