Overview
Develop and execute bold, data-driven social media strategies that grow our audience, boost brand awareness, and drive revenue. Create visually compelling, on-brand content across formats.
Responsibilities
- Own targeting: define audiences, test segments, and optimize ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Plan, launch, and manage social campaigns aligned with seasonal drops and brand narratives.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns from concept to send and optimize for open, click, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design, PR, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Support marketing partnerships, event promotion, and cross-platform initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing within luxury fashion.
- Strong command of targeting and paid social strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Proven expertise in targeting and paid social strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Top-tier communication skills and a talent for brand storytelling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social algorithms, trends, and tools (Meta Business Suite, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred.
- Have a network of influencers or content creators.
- Understand the rhythms of seasonal fashion calendars and product launches.
- Know your way around SEO, CRM, and email flows.
