ABOUT THE ROLE The Head of Strategy & Transformation plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing large-scale change programs and the implementation of Corporate projects in the country, as well as ensuring that the company adapts effectively to market dynamics, technological advancements, operational improvements and sustainability challenges. Is responsible for coordinating the strategic plan creation on a country level and follows-up its implementation with the plan owners in order to proactively prevent any deviations.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Coordinate the creation of the strategic plan on a country level as well as follows-up its implementation, collaborating closely with its owners to avoid and correct any deviations. Be the main contact to coordinate the implementation of Strategic and/or Corporate projects on a country level, together with the Corporate Strategy Unit and local project team. Support and lead local transformation projects. Ensure common methodology and reporting for all the strategic projects jointly with the support from corporate team. Perform continuous analysis of the competitive landscape in coordination with the Corporate Market Intelligence team. Monitor the macro-economic evolution of the digital infrastructure market. Work with Corporate Strategic Business Development to manage and implement business development opportunities for Cellnex in the country. Support the identification, definition, and execution of Special Projects with long-term strategic importance for Cellnex Group, to be proposed to Corporate Strategy for assessment and approval. Cooperate and aligns with Corporate functions on identified opportunities, collecting information, preparing bids / pitches / presentations to key stakeholders. Perform business cases for the strategic projects in collaboration with Country and Corporate teams.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience 5+ years of experience in strategic transformation, program management, business development or a related role within the telecommunications or technology sector. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience in the Telecommunications, TowerCo industry or related sectors is highly desirable.

Other relevant Skills or Characteristic Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

What we offer The total compensation for this position is between 80K€ and 115K€ Hybrid work model (3 days on site / 2 remote). Modern office located in Rome city (headquarters)
