Doxee is transforming the digital customer experience industry by developing the Doxee Platform. As the “Head of Technology Partnership,” you will support the growth of the Doxee Platform’s ecosystem.
The "Head of Technology Partnership" is a key role responsible for developing the Technology Partnership organization, focusing on managing our strategic partner ecosystem and driving business growth. The role involves ensuring relevant revenue streams from the Technology Partners channel, aligning partners with Doxee’s Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, and fostering business development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partner strategies to support franchise Technology Partner growth.
- Build a scalable partner network contributing to Sourced ACV, accelerating sales cycles, and delivering high-quality, multi-competency projects.
- Engage and energize the partner community through joint sales, delivery, awareness, training, and enablement initiatives.
- Report to the CRO and collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to plan and execute partner programs.
- Onboard new technology partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Develop revenue-driving programs, evangelize Doxee's value proposition within the partner ecosystem and salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and product teams to meet objectives.
- Leverage sales enablement and customer success teams for messaging and best practices.
- Represent the partner community in planning and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in building and managing enterprise software vendor partnerships across multiple functional areas.
- Experience with API and cloud technologies.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, identify gaps, and create opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, and SAP is preferred.
- Proactive, adaptable, with a proven track record of overcoming obstacles.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Robust network and references within the partner community.
About You
- Reporting to the CRO, you will aim to increase Doxee’s market share and attachment rate, promote partnerships, and lead business interactions.
- Own the sales channel strategy, including sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions.
- Drive partner workshops, sales events, team growth, lead generation, sales enablement, and onboarding.
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint go-to-market plans.
