Head of Transformation South West Europe | Milan Area | Interesting Package


Due to its rapid growth over the past few years and growing footprint, built through several recent acquisitions, our Client is in the process of transforming as a business across all functions. The business therefore needs an experienced Head of Transformation to define and drive forward the end-to-end transformation of the company in the South Western Region, injecting additional structure, energy, senior bandwidth and capability into the business.


Reporting directly into the CEO as Head of Transformation you will work with the Company's exec leadership team on a daily basis and will collaborate with the other functional leaders in the business. You will also work with Group functional leaders (IT, HR, ESG, Transformation, M&A, Procurement etc) to ensure that Company gets sufficient support from the Group and that the transformation of the business aligns with overall Group priorities.

Out Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years total professional experience
  • Accountancy Qualification: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants), or CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) are a plus.
  • Proven in-house experience in business transformation, ideally within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading, defining, delivering and monitoring cross-functional transformation programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate it into actionable insights, including business case development
  • Deep commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
  • Experience in stakeholder management, influencing at all levels of the organisation (from CEO down to functional teams)
  • Private equity and M&A / transaction experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinker, able to develop holistic plan and approach to deliver transformation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high drive to enhance the business
  • High influence and impact, manages key stakeholders with ease, drives change
  • Financial acumen, commercially minded, thinks business when developing plans
  • Self-starter, will set the agenda for own role, drive priorities and pursue results
