Key Responsibilit

• iesCarry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across both project locatio
• ns.Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant legislati
• on.Review and monitor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAM
• S).Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefin
• gs.Support project teams in implementing safe systems of wo
• rk.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actio
• ns.Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentati
• on.Track and close out safety observations and audit findin
• gs.Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matte
• rs.Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across both projec

Candidate Requirem

• entsPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor, or similar role within the construction indus
• try.Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best pract

• cts.Relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equival
