Your Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments and develop and maintain and keep up to date the "Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi" (DVR)

Ensure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, take care of safety documentation and coordinate the company’s protection and prevention service

Deliver safety training and awareness programs

Develop emergency plans and coordinate drills and lead investigations in case of accidents and incidents

Collaborate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, and Workers' Safety Representative

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety

Conduct audits, inspections, and safety performance analysis

Coordinate the group’s health and safety specialists

Your Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma, a degree preferably in a technical field, or specialized training in Engineering, Safety Management or Environmental Science

Qualified RSPP (Modules A, B, C)

Previous years of experience as an RSPP, preferably in a manufacturing industry

Certified trainer (in accordance with D.I. 06.03.2013)

Familiarity with integrated management systems, particularly ISO 45001

Comprehensive understanding of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and applicable safety regulations

Knowledge of safety auditing and inspection methods

Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English

Total compensation: € 64.000 - € 96.000 of which 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
