About the Role:

For our office in Milan, we are currently looking for a Healthcare Compliance Specialist on a Fixed Term Contract. The Healthcare Compliance Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to implement and monitor effective compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organization complies with all local, national, and international healthcare laws and regulations;
  • Update and maintain company policies in line with current regulations;
  • Conduct monitoring activities to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop and conduct training programs for staff on the importance of compliance and healthcare regulations;
  • Provide advice and support to employees on compliance issues;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks;
  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage any investigations or legal actions related to compliance;
  • Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and respond to any requests or inspections;
  • Prepare and present compliance reports, such as transparency of ToV, to relevant authorities;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities;
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management;
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure business operations comply with regulations;
  • Provide support during internal and external inspections and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
  • Certifications in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) are preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Languages: Italian and English (fluent);
  • Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office);
  • Extensive experience in internal auditing, with a focus on global operations and multinational environments (at least 3 years);
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to present complex issues and solutions clearly to non-expert audiences;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and provide strategic guidance to senior management and audit committees.
