About the Role
Join our Professional Services team to help implement cutting-edge clinical logistics and patient safety software in hospitals across Italy. You'll work with healthcare professionals, IT departments, and project managers throughout the full implementation lifecycle — from workflow analysis and solution configuration to user training, go-live support, and adoption. Ideal for professionals who want to blend technology, healthcare, and consulting in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Analyse clinical and logistics workflows to define implementation requirements Support project planning, coordination, and requirements gathering/functional analysis Configure software to meet customer needs; execute functional testing and support UAT Coordinate with hospital IT teams, clinical/logistics staff, and internal project teams Prepare project documentation, run project meetings, and track action plans Deliver end-user training and on-site go-live support Monitor progress, flag risks, and support issue resolution Provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field 1–3 years' experience in software implementation, IT consulting, healthcare IT, or project delivery Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Professional English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel extensively within Italy; driving licence is a plus Prior experience in healthcare/software implementation is a plus Personal Skills Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Organised, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
