Job Description

Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a dedicated team specializing in the fashion and luxury sector, is seeking a High Jewellery Client Advisor for a prestigious Italian luxury brand located in Milan.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisted sales and all activities related to store management;
• Greeting and advising customers;
• Reordering and organizing the sales space and warehouse;
• Cash handling and customer loyalty activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in high-end retail, focused on assisted sales and customer service;
• Background in luxury retail;
• Customer loyalty orientation;
• Good appearance, cheerful attitude, and team spirit;
• Proficiency in English.

Contract offer: Fixed-term contract directly with the client company, starting from the 4th level of the trade sector national collective agreement, salary based on experience, €8 meal vouchers, and sales incentives.
