We are looking for an ERP Support Analyst to join our team. We have a user base of about 500 users with 42 plants and 8 Companies and we need ERP Support!
We have a small inhouse team of Epicor Support Analysts that help answer user functional questions and get records unstuck and provide light hand holding and training. The role is techno / functional in nature mostly answering Help Desk style requests about ERP and triaging system issues as they arise and forwarding them on to ERP Admin staff.
This is a remote position or you can report to one of our 42 branches
