Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept :
We are looking for an HMI Function Owner to join our HMI Competence Center team. The candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Instrument Cluster specific Functions, supporting the full lifecycle from concept to release across various vehicle platforms.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Oversee the deployment of Instrument Cluster Functions from concept development to functional release
- Define functional use cases and develop models representing expected behaviors (e.g. user interaction, control strategies)
- Fill technical documentation for requirements definition and functional description using Polarion.
- Specify system requirements using MBSE methodology to guide the software development team
- Owns functional contents roll-out plans aligned with project goals defining system requirements delivery milestones and working with SW development team to ensure alignment of SW release plan, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with testing teams to clarify requirements and support the interpretation of test results
- Contribute to benchmarking activities by analyzing competitors' solutions and functionalities
What is mandatory to cover this position:
- Master degree in Control or Electronics Engineering (or similar)
- Solid experience on HMI systems and applications in automotive, appreciated experience on Cluster HMI development
- Understanding of Cybersecurity and Functional Safety requirements
- Experience in MBSE tools usage (Polarion, Rhapsody)
- Fluent in English
- Strong relational and negotiation skills
