Director, Sales Iberia & Italy - HOKA
As Sales Director, South, HOKA, EMEA, you’ll drive the long‑term strategic growth and retail ecosystem of the HOKA brand across Italy and Iberia. You’ll lead the transition from a distributor‑led to branch‑led market in Iberia, recruit and develop a high‑performing sales team, and build strong relationships with senior business partners and retail buying groups. Your leadership will be key in growing revenue, market share, and brand equity, while ensuring the brand’s presence and standards are maximized at every touchpoint.
Your Impact
Localize and execute the EMEA strategic plan for your market(s), ensuring achievement of sales plans and business objectives
Lead, manage, and develop strategic and field sales representatives, supporting their growth and success
Build and oversee the retail ecosystem using brand‑building and consumer‑focused guidelines
Prepare and execute seasonal sales and product forecasts, collaborating with marketing and DTC teams
Partner with Trade Marketing to deliver strategic marketing requirements and seasonal campaigns
Develop profitability and maximize sales within target markets
Collect, manage, and share sales information with the EMEA Senior Sales Director and other departments
Represent Deckers Brands positively and drive service excellence
Identify sales opportunities through comparative analysis of sales data
Recruit, train, and succession plan for sales teams, facilitating weekly sales meetings
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, product training, and standards
Promote corporate ethics and values to all teams and business partners

Substantial experience in commercial sales/marketing at a national level, proven sales management experience
Experience in sports goods and footwear sector desirable, keen interest in running and outdoor activities
Previous experience in cross‑functional/matrix organizations, proven brand management and successful sales
