Generator Venice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and build a vibrant team culture that reflects our brand. You will support the GM, drive revenue through events and F&B initiatives, and ensure a brilliant guest experience across all hostel departments.
With a hands-on, detail-focused approach, you will manage the budgeted P&L, payroll, and cost controls while ensuring compliance with local regulations and EU work eligibility.
