Nature and aim of the position
Refund Tax Free Forms at Merchant’s Forte Village (Pula, CA) following Global Blue and Merchant’s guidelines and policies.
No accommodations are provided for this position.
For this position we offer gasoline reimbursement and ticket Restaurant.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Tax Free Forms to international travellers
- Global Blue Ambassador
- Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
- Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
- Prepare reports if necessary
- Observe Global Blue and Merchant’s policies, guidelines and procedures
Background and Education
- experience in face to face customer contact
- experience in managing tills
- retail or front office experience
- customer service experience
Specific skills and knowledge
- be fluent in English
- be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction
- be experienced in using office software
- be trustworthy to handle large amounts of cash
- have a clean criminal record
- be able to handle stress
- be nimble but thorough
- be flexible in terms of working hours
- working experience is a plus
