We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager with fluency in Italian to lead the operations of a high-end hospitality property. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in hotel management, operational excellence, and guest experience in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
- Drive service excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Implement and maintain effective operational policies and procedures
- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, ensuring strong employee engagement and performance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
- Strong background in luxury hotels is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
