MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Hotel Business Team in the Hotel Channel Department, the key responsibilities are:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-end clients (luxury hotels, private villas, yachts, and award-winning restaurants), from scouting and onboarding to relationship and orders management
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities and support accurate forecasting
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the team
  • Support the development of commercial initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility within the hospitality channel
  • Support cross-functional activities with finance, marketing, customer service and legal teams


REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master Degree in Economics, Business Management or Marketing is advisable
  • Good knowledge of Office package (Excel and Power Point)
  • Predisposition on luxury hospitality business
  • Ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure
  • Innovation attitude, commitment to teamwork, learning and development.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
