Hotel Manager Operation Assistant

Location: Marmirolo, Mantova (Italy)

Availability: Open all year round; 2 positions available simultaneously.

Start Date: Flexible (apply anytime).

Internship Responsibilities

• Operations: Guest Relations, Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping.
• Management: Sales & Marketing, Quality Service, Food & Beverage.
• Support: Maintenance checks and small farm operations.

*Note: Specific assignments depend on your background, individual performance, and language proficiency.

Requirements

• Field of Study: Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Hotel/Hospitality, Tourism, or Leisure studies.
• Skills: Enthusiastic, organized, eager to learn, and willing to travel for art fairs and shows.
• Language Note: Italian language proficiency is mandatory for internships during the summer season.

Working Conditions

Schedule: 6 days per week (days off are scheduled during the week, not on weekends).
