Hotel Manager Slovenia

Kekyjob is recruiting for a multinational hotel group that is expanding rapidly and is a leader in Europe's economy segment, known for its innovative offer model. We are opening new structures in Slovenia and seeking a Hotel Manager .

Requirements

1. Determination, strong managerial and communication skills;
2. Ability to interface and collaborate effectively with HQ Departments;
3. Autonomy in organization and ability to develop the hotel's turnover;
4. Dynamism and flexibility;
5. Customer orientation and loyalty enhancement through B&B Hotel Services and Ancillaries;
6. Knowledge of economic, regulatory, and hotel management;
7. Proficiency in management software related to budgeting, cost control, front/back office, commercial activities, staff, and supplier management;
8. Fluent in Slovene and English, both written and spoken;
9. Knowledge of an additional language (Italian, French, German, Spanish);
10. IT proficiency, especially in Office Suite and hotel management software;
11. Strong sales and marketing skills;
12. Expertise in Revenue Management;
13. Ability to create and manage an effective team to meet revenue and quality objectives, contributing to team development through training and continuous improvement;
14. Previous experience with Catena and/or in structured multinationals is preferred.
